• Driver applications: your name, phone number, email address, city and state, CDL class, years of experience, endorsements, accident or violation history, equipment details, start date, and how you heard about us.
• Text message records: if you agree to receive texts, we keep a record of your consent, including the phone number, date and time, and the form you used. We also keep records of any opt-out.

Please do not send us your Social Security number, bank details, or other sensitive identifiers through our website forms.
